About Your Host

Irina Mihaela, BSc, PEng., former nuclear engineering manager turned business advisor and energy healer, helps CEOs elevate purpose, peace, and overall profit to keep growing their companies while maintaining their well-being. Since establishing Entrepreneur Enlightenment Inc in 2011, she has helped business owners worldwide and was named the Entrepreneur Enlightener.

As a severely abused child who had to find her way alone, she is passionate about providing hope, healing and inspiration to others. Her Child Innocence Equine Experiences project helps youth who had adverse childhood experiences develop mindfulness and leadership skills with the help of horses.
